Eva Michon is an award-winning Polish-Canadian director. She began her career as a photographer, then as founding editor of arts magazine BAD DAY. She worked as a production designer and animator while cutting her teeth as a director, making music videos and fashion films for independent designers. In 2014 she directed a feature documentary following renowned dance-punk band Death From Above and shortly after directed her narrative short film SMALL FRY in Poland, which debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival. In 2019, Eva attended the prestigious Torino Film Lab to further develop her debut feature, and has continued to hone her vision since. She has directed 30+ commercials and brand films as a Director Guild of America member, and won a Silver Cleo advertising award for her work for Chanel. She is currently based in Los Angeles, has one kid, and loves karaoke.
